• Each 10x10 tent space is $1,000. Tent spaces can be shared with other brands to lower the cost. 
• If you would like to split a tent space with someone else, it is $500 per vendor. Please apply and we can set you up with someone rad or leave a note regarding who you would like to be paired with. 

This year will look a little different than years past! We want to be prepared for any and all weather scenarios, which means there may be less riding if we end up with a low snow year.

With that in mind, we’re asking vendors to bring some sort of interactive experience to BTF this year, whether that’s a workshop, educational session, demo, game, contest, or something totally outside the box. Think of it as creating a memorable experience that attendees will want to seek out and talk about, while also helping draw folks to your booth.

We’d love for you to get creative with it! If you have something that happens at a dedicated time, we can make sure it gets added to the event schedule online and around the venue so attendees know when and where to find you.

Two tickets for full booth vendors and one ticket for half booths. Camping will also be included with your Vendor Booth.
